Class Description:

This class consists of hand & foot techniques used for self-defense. The students willlearn basic techniques: punch, kick & block, forms/patterns, and form sparring. They will learn them consecutively as the time progresses per their learning curve. Some mightprogress faster than others.

The purpose of this class is to teach the students on how to protect themselves in an emergency situation, self-discipline, self-consciousness, and most importantly, self-confidence.

Note: We do not promote anything violent. Therefore the parents will be liable and responsible for the students’ actions outside the class.

 Instructor’s Martial Arts Background:

• Taekwondo: 3rd degree Black Belt;

• Shao-lin style Chinese Kung-Fu: 1st Degree Black Belt;

• Kyokushinkai Karate: Blue Belt.
